Transfer of contact lens operations

Asahi Kasei Aime, a wholly owned subsidiary of Asahi Kasei Pharma, has signed an agreement with CooperVision, Inc. on the transfer of its operations for sale and R&D of contact lenses and related products to Aime Corp., a company to be newly established in Japan by CooperVision.
After this transfer, Asahi Kasei Aime will continue to manufacture contact lenses and related products. |
