Asahi Kasei has been selected for continuous inclusion in the following ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) investment indices:

These indices are developed by FTSE Russell, a member of the London Stock Exchange Group, and consist of companies that demonstrate outstanding ESG practices. The FTSE JPX Blossom Japan Index and FTSE JPX Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index are utilized by the Government Pension Investment Fund (GPIF) of Japan, which manages Japan’s public pension reserves, for ESG-related investments.

In addition to these indices, Asahi Kasei is also included in other ESG-related indices adopted by GPIF, such as:
