Home Order Trends
The year-on-year increase/decrease in the value of monthly home orders of Asahi Kasei Homes Corp.
March 2025
The value of home orders in March was 13 percent higher than in the same month of the previous year.
Orders of unit homes decreased, but orders of multi-dwelling homes increased.
For the April to March period, the value of home orders was 8 percent higher than in the same period of the previous year, and for the October to March period, it was 5 percent higher than in the same period of the previous year.
