Asahi Kasei to Exhibit at the Japan Pavilion at COP 26

Asahi Kasei will exhibit at the Japan Pavilion set up by the Ministry of the Environment, Japan (MOEJ) at the venue of the 26th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP 26).
COP 26 will be held in Glasgow, the United Kingdom, from October 31 to November 12, 2021. MOEJ is setting up the Japan Pavilion to provide the opportunity for Japanese stakeholders including companies to organize exhibitions and seminars. Asahi Kasei will showcase its efforts for a hydrogen society online at the Virtual Japan Pavilion.
Asahi Kasei believes that utilization of hydrogen throughout society will be vital for sustainability, and is developing an alkaline water electrolysis system to produce hydrogen using renewable energy. By exhibiting at the COP 26 Japan Pavilion, Asahi Kasei expects to raise awareness of its efforts and build partnerships for achieving a hydrogen society.
